How is Blaze Training different?
We help your team Bridge the Gap between Knowing and Doing with the 4C’s and the Blaze Digital Compass (BDC):
The 4 C’s:
1. Content
2. Coaching

Content:
1. Every monthly program is 90 – 120 minutes long with a focus on 3 big ideas to apply.
2. During the program, the participants create an action plan for how and when they will apply the training.
These two essential aspects of the program allow participants to return to work with the time to begin “DOING” their plan that same day.
Coaching:
Two weeks after the Content training the participants engage in a “Breakthrough Coaching” Session during which they:
1. Review the key content from the previous program
2. Share best practices
3. Develop a plan of continuous improvement for the next two weeks. More “DOING”
The Blaze Digital Compass (BDC) is our Secret Sauce.
It's how we create Connectedness, Community and ultimately Breakthrough Actions and Results.
BDC is a cloud-based, mobile-optimized tech tool accessible from any tech device.
It showcases everyone's daily Actions (DOING) creating teamwork, momentum, excitement and Extraordinary Results.
