It may sound exciting to pay $600/hr for kids fresh out of the ivy league to tell you how to run your business, but we got tired of it pretty quick. We are seasoned business folk who charge a reasonable fee.

2) Too Long

All day conferences, 8-hour offsite meetings, cumbersome seminars - these structures often do more to hurt productivity than to take your team to the next level. Micro-learning is our solution.

3) Lackluster Results

No results, this has become the stereotype of the consulting industry at large. Our primary fight is to change this norm! Short bursts of dense learning with sustained reinforcement works, period.


Our Story:

We are a Performance Improvement Company.  Our mission is to give Leaders and People the skills and tools they need to create better results and solve problems for their Organizations.  After decades in the Learning and Development space, working with the top companies in the world, there are three universal issues with Training and Development that no one is talking about:
1) It takes too long
2) It costs too much
3) It rarely moves the needle on results

These issues can be solved, but not by developing and delivering training the same way it has been for the last 50 years.  We solve these in 2 unique ways:
1) Micro-Learning focused on Implementation Design - fast, focused learning that is designed with specific outcomes to be achieved
2) Gamification/Reinforcement App - we set ourselves apart in the gamification industry by gamifying the Activities and Behaviors necessary to achieve results, not just gamifying the act of learning content.  Learning is nothing without application.

David Williams
